Lots of great plants and planting stuff. Always fun to see the pumpkins-looks like they will have some really cool ones this year. The employees are always very helpful. Would recommend!

I have always had pleasant experiences at every Green Acres location I’ve visited, but this one takes the cake. HUGE thank you to Danny - I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasant experience due to an employee; he was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. I visited with my mom to find plants for the backyard. She had gotten her blood drawn earlier in the day so while we were walking around outside, she began to feel very dizzy and sick. I went back inside to see if there was any beverage I could buy that might have electrolytes or something that could help. I asked up front and Danny told me that unfortunately they didn’t, but he offered a hand and helped me get her a bottle of water. He was incredibly thoughtful and very quick to act, I’m grateful that he was there. I might be misremembering her name, but I also want to shout out Louisa!! She was SO helpful in helping us find good plants for what we wanted. She showed us different options, explained how they grew and how to take care of them - overall she was wonderful :)! We ended up purchasing one of the plants she recommended and it already looks beautiful out back. The entire experience has made me want to keep coming b

This place is literally magic. They have every plant imaginable, endless pots and planters, cute stuff, all the supplies, and knowledge staff. They helped me find what I was specifically looking for quickly, and gave great ideas for what plants would fit my complicated gardening situation. I had fun and I'm really happy with what I got. Not my first time there and definitely won't be my last. Fair warning, on a hot day it's even hotter than you'd think!

Green Acres is my go to nursery in town. They have the best selection of outdoor & indoor plants I've seen. They're a gardener's delight! Not only can you find plants, but there's a wide variety of supplies available, including fertilizers, pest control products, pots, and tools. Thet also feature unique specialty items you can give as gifts. Last, but not least, there are multiple Green Acres locations in the greater Sacramento area, including one in Auburn.

I have spent thousands of dollars here over the last several years. They have very knowledgeable staff on everything from how to grow specific plants to what nutrients they need. I have many times wanted a specific plant and was able to get alerted when that plant was arriving - they even set it aside for me. The prices are cheaper than Lowe’s and Home Depot in most cases. Quality of the plants is also better.
